Workplace Literacy

Most adults spend the greatest portion of their lives working. Applying for a job, filling out benefit forms, “learning the ropes”, and keeping up to date and safe require strong literacy skills. Highly-skilled employees are happier, safer, and more productive. It is in the best interests of businesses and organizations to focus on the literacy skills of their employees.

The workplace is changing . . . do you have the skills to get the job you want?

A great many people in adult literacy programs are improving their skills so they can get a job or get a better job. Please visit Decoda’s resource section and library for information on improving skills for work, home and life.
