On May 24, the Canadian Association for the Study of Adult Education (CASAE) will hold an annual conference in Brock University, St-Catharines, ON. The conference provides an opportunity for discussion of educational issues among practitioners and educational scholars from across the nation. The event is part of the 2014Congress, which brings together academics, researchers, policy-makers, and practitioners across Canada to share findings and build partnerships. The focus of the event will be on adult literacy policy and programming, where our very own Audrey Gardner will provide a presentation on the ‘Challenges and Contradictions in Assessment Practices in Adult Literacy’.
